Refund and Returns Policy

At Black Crowned Accessories, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, we do not offer refunds or returns unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns if:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • The return request is initiated within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • The item is in its original packaging and has not been used.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind or wrong selection by the customer.

  • Used or worn items.

  • Personalized or customized products.

  • Items damaged due to improper use or mishandling by the customer.


3. Return Process for Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us within 3 days of delivery at bristlexports@gmail.com with:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

  2. Approval & Instructions – If your return is approved, we will provide return shipping details.

  3. Replacement or Store Credit – Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a replacement or store credit (no refunds).


4. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds except in rare cases where a replacement is unavailable for a damaged product.
